Privacy notice.

Last updated: 31 October 2026. This notice covers information handled through cryptobrutus.com. For privacy enquiries, contact info@cryptobrutus.com.

Information you provide

Enquiries may include contact details, country, platform identity, incident and payment information, approximate loss and dates, correspondence and optional evidence. Do not provide wallet secrets, passwords, authentication codes or unrelated personal data.

Why information is used

We use relevant information to assess and respond to enquiries, define and perform agreed work, maintain case records, provide approved updates, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Case details and validated evidence are stored in restricted website database records. Evidence downloads require authorised administration. Website hosting, email delivery and human-verification providers process information needed for those functions. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for abuse prevention; its applicable privacy information is available from Cloudflare.

Sharing

Relevant evidence may be shared with agreed advisers, service providers or appropriate authorities when authorised or otherwise lawfully required. We do not publish private intake, evidence, internal notes or case audit records in the broker directory.

Retention and requests

Records are retained as needed for enquiry handling, agreed work, applicable obligations and legitimate dispute or security purposes. The applicable case retention and evidence-transfer arrangements should be confirmed in the engagement. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion and to ask about applicable privacy rights. Identity and legal requirements may affect a request; backups may persist under their retention cycle.

Website controls

Essential session, security and administrative technologies support the website and verification. We do not add a marketing analytics subscription through the enquiry form. Contact us with questions about processors, transfers or the information held in your case.
