Evidence that can be examined.
Exact identities first
Platform records preserve names, websites and profiles as supplied by the attributed source. We do not manufacture missing domains or transfer warnings between namesakes. Clone and impersonation qualifiers remain part of the identity.
What sources establish
Primary regulatory notices and findings are attributed to the named authority and jurisdiction. An authorization warning is distinct from a court finding of fraud. Credible complaints can inform enquiries, but do not establish every allegation or client volume.
Source records and review coverage
The directory uses a cleaned primary-source baseline, with exact identity, duplicate, family-exclusion and date gates. Not every linked notice has received a fresh individual reread. Consult the linked primary source for precise wording and current changes. Missing fields remain unspecified.
Dates
Source registration, validation and modification dates are labelled within records. They may differ from the original notice date. Actual website releases are recorded separately; no historical publication chronology is inferred from source dates.
Investigative confidence
Reports distinguish observed transactions, source labels, inference and unresolved questions. Scope and coverage are stated. Tracing, attribution, lawful intervention and fund return are related but different outcomes.
Corrections
Send the exact page, disputed statement and supporting primary evidence through Corrections. We review identity and source context rather than treating an unsupported assertion as an automatic finding.
