Never provide passwords, private keys, seed or recovery phrases, authentication codes or full card details. We do not need them to review a transaction record.

Private case handling

Submitted case details are restricted to authorised administration. Approved progress updates are separate from intake records, internal notes and audit history. Tracking requires a reference, matching email and human verification.

Evidence files

Supported evidence files are validated for type and size and stored with the private case in protected database records. Original-byte integrity is checked; files are not published as Media Library links. Authorised administration is required to download them.
